This foundational step enables us to tailor our approach to your vision, optimizing the lot's features for a cohesive and personalized home design.

  • Your input and preferences are fundamental to our custom home design process. Our objective is to fully grasp your vision for the home. During our design workshop, we take note of important features including square footage, room count, architectural style, and specific spaces and details that are important to you.

  • The design presentation offers clients your first 3D view of your custom home or remodel, utilizing the insights gathered during our design workshop.

  • Client revisions are crucial in ensuring that the final design aligns perfectly with your vision. Whether it involves tweaking the layout, modifying the exterior appearance, or refining interior details, client revisions play a vital role in achieving a design that meets and exceeds your expectations.
